Diane Marra
Wellness Tuneup Mission: To educate and liberate people of ALL abilities for empowerment over their own health & wellbeing.
Current Programs: As a Duke-trained Health and Wellbeing Coach, I work with adult clients who want to experience a lifestyle that allows healthy aging – with vitality - to live their best lives. Whether health concerns include improving sleep, fitness, eating habits, stress reduction, weight management, or managing medical conditions - I am prepared to assist.
We partner to discuss health goals and create awareness of what may be truly holding you back- body, mind and spirit. I assist you to create a plan, identify barriers and solutions - with accountability - to make realistic, sustainable changes. My objective is to help clients optimize health and wellbeing into the next chapters of their life; to live healthier, not just longer.
*During February to April 2024, I am working with volunteer "sample clients" at NO COST, as a part of my Duke Certification national program requirements.
